As for positives, the only thing I can say is that the location was good. It was conveniently located near a theatre, about an 8-minute walk away. But even that couldn't make up for the terrible experience I had at this hotel.

The room was dirty, with ripped up carpet and a spring sticking out of the mattress. To make matters worse, when we returned to our room at midnight, none of the lights would switch on, leaving us to use our phone torches to navigate.

Convenient location near tube station, stores, restaurants, and cafes. Small but cosy room. Comfortable bed. Electric kettle with tea, sugar, and milk provided. Pleasant and helpful staff. Allowed luggage storage before check-in. Clean bathroom with good water pressure. Excellent value for money

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. We were able to explore all of the attractions in the area without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were responsive to our needs. The included breakfast, although basic, provided a good start to our day. The en suite bathroom in our room was a big bonus, adding convenience to our business travel.

I especially appreciated the privacy provided by the normal curtains that can be closed, as well as the convenience of having a shower and a small wardrobe. Although breakfast is not included in the rate, it is available for a quick coffee if desired.

The staff provides excellent service and even allows guests to leave their luggage after check-out at no extra cost.
