As for positives, the only thing I can say is that the location was good. It was conveniently located near a theatre, which was about an 8-minute walk away. But even that couldn't make up for the terrible experience I had at this hotel.

I had the most awful experience at this hotel during my New Year stay. the room was dirty, with ripped up carpet and a spring sticking out of the mattress.

Convenient location near tube station, stores, restaurants, and cafes. Small but cosy room. Comfortable bed. Electric kettle with tea, sugar, and milk provided. Pleasant and helpful staff. Allowed luggage storage before check-in. Clean bathroom with good water pressure. Excellent value for money

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. We were able to explore all of the attractions in the area without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive to our needs, making our stay more enjoyable. The included breakfast, although basic, provided a good start to our day. The en suite bathroom in our room was a big bonus, adding convenience to our business travel. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

I especially appreciated the privacy provided by the normal curtains that can be closed, as well as the convenience of having a shower and a small wardrobe. Although breakfast is not included in the rate, it is available for a quick coffee if desired.
